Back in the days of Melbourne's drought, nothing buoyed my spirits like a torrential downpour, especially in summer. This was taken in 2006 in High Street, Northcote, in a shower so fierce I was forced to pull over. I grabbed the 70-200ml lens and crawled into the back seat, popping off shots between sweeps of the windscreen wipers. All the while a Tindersticks CD played. Bliss!
